The problem seems to be directly related to the use of the A/C. If I don't use
the A/C, the horn will be fine for months. So I doubt the horn is the culprit
per se.
I'm no genius when it comes to checking for shorts; do I just put a voltmeter
on the powered wire and look for zero ohms resistance?
Thanks,K

Any chance the problem is in the horn circuitry, or even the contacts/wiring in
the steering column?

Mitch.
