Yes, tensioner is ok. Idlers are ok. Belt is new. the old one will make a good spare. NO cracks showing.

Thanks for the routing. I will go try that. I thought i remembered how it went, but I didn't get it right. I think I am getting it confused with the OM 603 routing.

I have found the easiest way is to take the PS pulley off to get the belt off, then get the belt routed, then put the PS pulley on. Then tension it. and check/tighten everything again.
