It is possible that if structured correctly, a government public option
could be self-sufficient or nearly so.

Are you aware that some agencies, like the GSA's Public Building Service, is
actually self-funding and operates at a profit? It is possible that if
structured correctly, a government public option could be self-sufficient or
nearly so.
