I'm sorry but I believe that to be totally incorrect. The governemnt
option would push out private industry. Companies are going go
naturally want to unload those costs if possible and/or companies will
not be able to compete with a government option that does not have to
turn a profit.

I agree that shady practices need to be stopped but that doesn't
mean someone else runs my show.
I think UPI and I ate very close to agreement, but I want to plan my
own furture and healthcare. Ibwant to control it. Maybe there is
corruption every where but let me choose the best and the worst with
my dollars. I don't have that chance with govt running the show.
Not so.... Government "controls" will not stop you from choosing
your insurance carrier.
That's the BIG POINT of many of the proposed health care bills.
People still have the right to choose.
