Zoro , is that your name ?? You can not do what you want, you either choose circulation of power generation, for each watt you want to generate a watt is taken from the water circulation.
There is a possibility to attain both, but the water circulation is reduced some what since the whirling effect is lost. Take the 2 inches pips and take it outside of the pool size and feed a turbine, like a Turgo or a Pelton to produce electricity. If you have 2 HP service pump you may obtain around 1/2 HP of power if that much ( motor efficiency, pump efficiency , turbine efficiency and generator efficiency) It is a waste of money.
