That is our goal, Slip, and I think for the most part, we accomplish it. That's how we have a membership as diverse as we do, and can have viewpoints as diverse as from Ian to Molly, and still have them all fit together well, with a Vam in the middle to grin widely, and point us in the right direction. It's never a pleasure to have to enforce that environment, but is sometimes necessary.
