It is a long and difficult road, the road to Utopia, with each step overshadowed by obstacle and peril. It is easy for old souls to perceive the possibility with a subconscious imbued with previous life experience (based on my belief in soul). I believe Utopia is within a parallel and others are already there, I believe that I had visited there briefly within my coma experience. I suddenly awoke from it the day after I was given the last rites. I guess one day I will have to share the complete experience. I believe that existing in this world as a human being is a powerful statement and testimony to something greater and to think that this is the only place is foolish. As I posted to Psk elsewhere......there is a great deal more to life than mere physical existence on planet earth. There is a cosmological aspect to all things. The earth is not just a place, it is part of a whole, a system in which various forms of energy coexist. The simple fact that we can think should bring about a new awareness of something else going on as thought is not tangible, cannot be packaged or seen. Thought is only relayed verbally, written or via technology, and even then it may not be accurately received and understood. There is spirit and soul to consider, parallel universes that present the aspect, that our lives here may have purpose somewhere else. There is energy out there and around us that we cannot see. Quantum physics, quantum fields, metaphysics, psychics, clairvoyants, savants and mystical phenomena abound. Simple examination of human history starting with our primordial beginnings reveal that there is the progression of intelligence. It is the collective mind that has throughout history overcome obstacles and achieved the so called 'impossible'. History shows that collective determination can make anything happen. Much of it all we can only glimpse on occasion within our dreams but through our imagination we conjure up that which we make manifest in our conscious reality. I'm with you all the way, tinker, as far as the dream but in reality it doesn't bother me in the least that the world does not simply fall in line. Each will have the consequence of their personal life as a result of their consciousness. I create my Utopia, here and now, in my world, as much as it is possible and I find comfort in knowing that I am part of the greater realm, the cosmos. While I can be part of a collective, I don't have to be in order to make things happen, to effect change and alter my perspectives around them. Don't be bothered by the lack of interest, the pessimism of youth or the quandary of the world, we have to deal with the nature of man. Put out your good energy and let it be like a seed that takes time to germinate. I remember someone approaching me a year later to tell me they just got it, now they understand. You talk about spiritual selling and not realizing that you are selling something that is completely foreign to most people. It will take a great deal of time and more lifetimes than yours before the concept reaches global acceptance. There are very few people you will meet who can carry on some of the conversations we have in here. As I can see you have, I also get fatigued with trying to sell the dream.
