Time to go? That is a notion derived from a personal belief system.
Should we assume that all the people murdered this week possibly lost
their lives because it was their "time to go"?  Wouldn't it make more
sense that the lunatic gunman who went to the gym to kill women was
simply a deranged person who needlessly took innocent lives?
