Personally I believe that to be true.

In my youthful years I worked with civil rights movement, and I found that
to be true personally. though there was a segment of the population that did
not want this. I remember teaching is watts before the riots of 65. I had a
stipend of $5.oo per week and the families always mad sure my meals were
prepared. It was a wonderful class and showed the kindness of people no
matter the race.
