Another route is that "it" doesn't come one's way- and for good reason, ultimately. I do expect God to multi-task :-) so I will beseech help as well as be grateful for what I perceive as blessings of the day- often, it is really my own ability to solve a small problem or locate an item, etc.- small exchanges, really. I presume chit-chat prayers are allowed.
