You know, Orn, my very first tangle with you was on the issue of race, when
I used the exact methodologies you just explained, to which you took
offense, despite my sincere apologies. Your series of posts here in which
you engage in both presumptive thought and projection of your own tactics on
to me is enlightening, although surprising, given your retort back then that
you would never engage in that sort of thing. Perhaps you've learned the
value of such tactics since then?

Yes, it took a right wing think tank to note the innate hypocrisy of
Chomsky's positions. The Left venerates him far too much to admit any of his
faults. You still falsely assume I'm on the Right, and so put forth a
bipartisan response...an example of your own bifurcation. At some point, I
genuinely hope you realize my true stance in the middle, assuming you
understand the possibility of such a stance.

Until that day, I believe we'll probably remain sparring partners, which has
its own benefits; I've rarely had the pleasure of engaging with someone as
educated and debate ready as yourself.

Yes, Lee, it would so appear. And, often I throw red meat to see how
much will be snatched and eaten by fellow ideologues. The results have
been predictable overall. In fact, this has happened so many times
that I can’t count them all. My post by a radical leftie was carefully
selected in response to the rightwing ‘think tank’ post…and the bell
rang…and out of each corner…well, you get the picture. Overall, rather
than blatant trolling, I do this more in the methodology of Neil’s
nonsensical and thus experimental and professed educational postings…
continuing to do what he used to do professionally here for free. Is
it possible to escape mental constructs? Is it possible to assist
others in independent thinking? I’m actually not sure. However, quite
often I see most here, from gabbers to Molly make attempts at such
ends.

In fact, I share just as much apparent hypocrisy as any human being.
And, as far as I can tell, such things are mostly if not all
projections.

So, quickly, back to Noam…yes, I do appreciate his way of looking at
things. Since I started reading and studying his stuff recently, I
have been able to break free of quite a few areas of thought based on
ignorance and blind belief…kinda like many of the ‘sheeple’ often
referred to who begin to wake up. In this way, I’ve found him to be of
value…slashing through social memes and/or propaganda. They are quite
similar. And, without meaning to be a Chomsky apologist, a handful of
ME members seem to have had similar epiphanies from his views. If so,
my intentions, regardless of methodology, have been successful.
