Well brocade deserves a slip of lace, so very well! :-) I like your idea- triggered a thought of Marvell- so good luck. I wandered off into petticoats.//We are early into spring this year but planting should not start till mid or late May as we have had snow that late in the past. And those little buds are now in grade school with their hull threads hanging down disheveled as old socks on the branches.//Am starting a kitchen compost of coffee grounds and egg shells. Do you garden? Compost? Am wondering about avocado and banana skins and if they would attract racoons though I wouldn't mind if my wild rabbit friend had a snack. I let the garden go for the past few years- it coincided with the onslaught of the empty nest- so I am considering tackling it again though it has turned into sort of a jungle with the poor perennials under seige.//Sorry for my tone in the last post, Francis.
