Me too! I need three cups to start my engines. I read yesterday that naps help one's memory as long as dreams are present. Speaking of spring the leaves are like green lace these days and I most admire the oaks- now so delicate and soon to be the size of plates. Anyway, don't be hard on yourself- even if the mind longs for order and to figure things out the days are actually there to to distract you. lol
