The human ego has ascribed "soul" to whatever he has been afraid of, attached to or dependent upon. We can trace this habit from primitive times. Life, as we define it, is not key as rocks, gems, tides, etc. have all had their moments of glory. Perhaps the internet is considered the new world soul. What do you think?
