I got this from Stern's site (lighting.mbz.org)...
-86 is the relay switching (control) circuit input.
-85 is the relay switching (control) circuit output.
-30 is the power circuit input.
-87 is the power circuit output.

Jetta's have 3 wires
White    = Highs
Yellow = Lows
Brown    = Ground

Which wire do I hook up to each terminal?
This is what I'm thinking...
-86 switching (control) circuit input -> From Switch Yellow or White wire
-85 switching (control) circuit output -> From Switch Brown wire
-30 is the power circuit input -> Positive Wire from Alternator
-87 is the power circuit output -> Wire leading to headlight

What does the 87a terminal on the relay do?

TIA,
Mark Reda.
