Hi Juan,
Sounds interesting! Though I wouldn't really expect melted to be something
that does video switching - I think it works well for playout and perhaps
should remain as such. Transitions would be cool, though the control
protocol would need to be much more complex and I can imagine all sorts of
weird edge cases.
Smelted is really, really simple. It has no preview or anything. It only
does what can be achieved over MVCP.
