Great Idea!! -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Keith Vassallo Sent: Thursday, May 27, 2004 2:49 PM To: Malta Linux User Group - general list Subject: Re: [LINUX.ORG.MT] Complaints!
Hmm.. How about the MLUG compiling a nice how to for beginners? We could then send it to pc stores (I know we're all thinking of the same PC store, but I won't mention it here for the sake of advertizing) and they could give a copy to every client who purchases a Linux Box. Maybe even distribute free fliers to customers (have a mini stand with fliers and a "take one" stand.) The how to itself would then direct people towards the MLUG for support etc...
