I'm on Primus, too. But I can't get through costomer supports inability to inderstand LInux. I signed up years ago with an ISP called dsl.ca because it had competent tech support that didn't freak when you mentioned Linux. They even said that a number of their technicials used Linux at home, and really knew what had to be done client-side. Three corporate takeovers later, it's become a mess. At the moment, even pings to IP numbers don't get through. But the mail still seems to arrive. Maybe it leaks through in stray moments when things work for a minute or two. I don't know.
