Great service is relative. I think you have been lucky.  While I was  
only told of Colba having a bad service for so many years, I've had to  
experience it myself 2 years ago.

One of our client had connectivity issues.  I had to deal with a few  
of their technical support staff and it wasn't a shining experience at  
all.  Anyway, I won't say more as different people have different  
experiences with ISPs but the only constant on this list is that  
Teksavvy is nice and Bell is not. (I use Videotron.)
