MessageI would like to offer my post of June 15, 2009...

If anyone would care to re-read it....

It seemed to me most people were against the idea...

Not that I'm a genius or anything but it's interesting to see what a difference
2 months can make...

Subject: [MOPO] Should restorers sign their work?

What are the pros and cons of restorers signing their work?

Would it add or subtract from the value of a piece?

It would be easier to do with paper items, a simple rubber stamp of some
kind. I suppose it could be done the same on linen.

Years go by and you wonder, who did the work on this piece.

    Your thoughts?
