Yes, dynamic quality is chaos. I'm not referring
to the connotation of chaos the points to disturbances
(though chaos can be this way). I'm talking about
chaos that is not patterned in any way, in which
chemical bonding could take place, etc... Chaos/dq
can occur on each level. Dynamic quality is embedded
on each level. So, therefore, the inorganic level may
be able to organize enough into a pattern that allows
bonding, but it is chaotic enough (free enough) to not
allow these inorganic patterns to emerge into a more
organized structure in which organic patterns depend
upon. With an increase in organization it can refer
to an increase in complexity in which the 'complexity'
is kept in pattern. For an increase in complexity is
also a growth in chaos, so, if static patterns are to
stay patterned/organized amidst growing chaos (for
whatever reason that may be), then the static patterns
will need to be able to hold its' integrity dependent
of circumstances.

Yes, I agree that static patterns interact
dynamically. Static patterns change and are in flux,
meaning, the inorganic level may involve static
patterns that endure longer in comparison with the
life-span of a fly (a organic pattern), but it seems
that atoms give off energy and may receive energy,
correct? These are changes. This would match how I
refer to dynamic quality is static quality or are on
the same playingfield with no strict distinctions due
to static leads into dynamic which leads into static,
etc...
