Truthfully, if all indications are correct, DMB thinks our fundamental 
disagreement is that I cannot countenance the notion of "pure experience," 
without which any pragmatism loses its hold on reality and becomes a 
solipsistic idealism.  This is, from his point of view, a real difference.
