[DM]
does DQ collapse the wave function?

[Krimel]
Here? Maybe.

At the quantum level? Yes and No.

Ron:
As I understand it the wave function is the pilot wave theory on which
Particles travel on, ie: Bohm's theory which explains the double slit
Phenomena. The other the "waves of probability " is a mathematical
Calculation based on the wave function of water in which to predict
The probable trajectory of particles. To my understanding these
Methods of understanding have bred a few theories about how reality
functions.
The wave collapse theory and the many worlds theory are two popular
Ones based on misinterpretations of Quantum mechanical methods.
Looking at value decisions as waves of probability and collapse
On a single decision is an interesting way of viewing it.
There are a few reservations with both theories.
