None.  The former is a numeral (common to many arithmetical systems);
the latter a word in English. Neither are numbers, but they are symbols for
numbers.
You are still confusing numbers & words.  The number six is bigger than the
number three.  The word 'six' is not bigger than the word 'three'.  QED
