Surely "direct involvement at all possible times" is the lesson we learn from MoQ. A large turnout once every 4 years is a poor substitute. The question is when and how do we take "holidays" (after James) and let the system run itself, delegate a little responsibilty once in a while, who or what are we gonna trust ?
