Nothing else than S/O patterns. But allow me a little "chautauqua".
The very idea of the static levels is that they are built on top of the
former, thus the intellectual level is like the proverbial iceberg with
its intellectual value held above the surface by the enormous mass
of the lower levels. Yet, from the top seen everything is intellectual
ice. That's the point: all levels transform everything below into own
value (what's above is "alien"). Living organisms do not "know" any
inorganic patterns, it's either a fit environment or not.. Social
organisms (humans) see everything as useful or useless regarding
their common cause, and as said intellect "looks down on creation"
through its S/O glasses and see it all as preparations for the
emergence of mind. So it's no lack of content, all existence is a
material world perceived by a mind - or a material world having
spawned mind, dependent on being a materialist or an idealist.

Yes, the 4th. level is SOM - all of it, every last bit! Minus the M
which is taken over by the MOQ, that now sees everything below
itself as Quality levels.
