Knee jerk on NAP ? I did no such thing. I actually responded only to one specifically quoted "anti-government" point of yours. (Your views of NAP appear .. well ... anarchic ... but we haven't even mentioned that yet.)
In general, ie when not responding to a specific quote - I don't advocate "government" ... I advocate "good governance" ... or "governance" as a subject of debate ? You have specific experience Nick, of the behavious of specific governance - good useful facts on which to base ongoing beliefs and actions .... you do not have experience of governance in general.
