If I play ping pong hoping that I win, I always lose. I play without me but
with me and my partner. I realize when the fear of losing arises the mind
reacts in subtle ways that screws up my game. In my opinion ego is a
reaction to fear..and fear of the unknown & the fear of not being is the
greatest fear of all. good luck -sharath
