Okay, sorry I mistook Bo's statement for one of yours. I'll let him explain
the meaning of his phrasing in this quote of 4/1:

subjects and objects, rather it is the SOM (the "objective-
over-subject" approach) without its "M"!!!!
I can understand SOM "without its 'M'", but not the "objective-over-subject"
bias attributed to this dichotomy. Is it the SOM (objectivist) view that
objects "dominate" subjects?
And, Horse, I believe you did say this to Bo on 4/2:
But your main contention has always been that the Intellectual level of
the MoQ is Subject Object Metaphysics i.e. a metaphysical position that
posits
Subjects and Objects as the basis of reality.
My question concerns the reference by you and others in this forum to the
"metaphysical position" of the subject/object relationship. Specifically,
what is metaphysical about it?
I'd still appreciate your slant on why Pirsig chose to posit objective
reality (experienced subjectively) as a metaphysical concept.
