discrete. In fact, her living room is an undifferentiated continuum and her
kitchen is an undivided reality. (Her decorator is a real wizard.) That's why
she always has to either dine out or eat nothing but raw veggies; because her
pots and pans are ever-changing. Not that it matters. The interdependence
between her stove and refrigerator doesn't allow her to distinguish between
"bake" and "freeze" anyway.
