IMHO not correct. DQ is undefined because it cannot be analyzed
(into more fundamental terms), but that doesn't mean it cannot
talked about. Talking about whatever does not change it.

Reality = DQ + SQ (see Pirsig, SODV)

DQ cannot be free will, because Pirsig's example of DQ (jumping
off a hot stove) is INvoluntary.
Nor is DQ evolution, because it is SQ that exhibits evolution 
from level to level.
