As long as you think that there is an "it" that can be pointed to, you are referring to Dynamic Quality as an intellectual pattern of value (or possibly some other sort). That is why Dan's original point was to say, "not this, not that." You've just come back with "it's that, not this" or "it's this, not that" retorts which is the whole game that Dan was trying to say we ought not play when it comes to DQ.
