I won't take up your points that seem to me "marsha baiting" and most of the
rest sounds right to me, so I won't take that up either.  But there is one
point down at the bottom, that seems to need more clarification, so I'm
gonna take up just that.

This might or might not be true.  Realization of sq depends upon subjective
awareness and choice.  Heck, realization of anything does so in that sense,
sq implies realization.  Since realization is all we ever know, DQ beyond
our realization is unprovable, unknowable and (obviously) indefinable.  So
while we know we can't have sq without DQ, we can't be so sure about the
nature of DQ and whether it depends on sq.  It's unprovable from our stance.
