A major premise of the MoQ is Quality(Dynamic Quality/static quality), how can 
you really separate it in any meaningful way?  Do you?  If we check back 
through your posts, do discover you have never addressed Dynamic Quality?   I 
think not...   Walk the talk, or shut the mouth.
