Hi Dan, I am sorry that you find what I post to be nonsense. If it truly is, then you have nothing to worry about. If on the other hand you find it to be destructive of your MoQ, then it is not nonsense, for it has to make sense to do that. I have not seen anything recently that suggests you have a grasp of ZAMM or Lila. Perhaps you could post something, presented in a new way, which would demonstrate that you do. We can then evaluate what you post. It is the risk we all take when we post something. This forum is based on current contributions, not on some static concept that was presented in the past. We are driving towards betterness, not assuming that such betterness has stopped and must always be referred to historically.
So, there is my challenge to you. Before you are critical of what others are presenting, give it a shot first. Simply presenting verses from your bible and changing the words around will not suffice, of course. This requires critical thought, and an "echo approach" is simply silly, in my opinion. Perhaps you can bring in some novel concepts that were not discussed in Lila's Child. Just a suggestion. Furthermore, in response to your post below, it would seem to me that it is you who do not care for what Pirsig is trying to do. You are trying to tie the message down with certain words. This is a degenerate practice, if I can use RMP's own words. Please consider that before you arrogantly presume to be the guru of this forum. The animosity comes from the likes of you, dmb, and others who are stuck in static history and want to control MoQ in the manner they believe it should be presented. Certainly when you write a book, you try to remain dynamic in your approach. Why should your contribution to this forum be any different? I have not read your books completely, and perhaps you choose to be critical of others in those books as well. If so, I can understand why you take the attitude you do in this forum. Just let it go, be free, be dynamic!
