Your structure of values are not dynamic quality, that is values of static quality. The interesting thing with the driver of the forklift on the Yutube video (http://biertijd.com/mediaplayer/?itemid=34305) is that he have a choice, he is (was during the recording) free to choose how to use the machine. To the extent his behaviour is controlled by static patterns and to the extent his behaviour is following dynamic quality, is a question of freedom. Do you think he is free or not?
