And with the concept of morals come the concept of immoral.  An immoral action, 
like degeneracy, is when a lower level morality tries to dominate a higher 
level morality.  The code of art is a higher level than inorganic, biological, 
social and intellectual, so all that tries to encapsulate or dominate the code 
of art level is immoral.
