Those ones and zeros have meaning for me because they are a translation of a particular sentence I used as input into a binary translator. Groups of any sequence of eight 1s and 0s _suggest_ meaning to me, even if I don't know that meaning, because I have a distant recollection (experience) of their having meaning.
