Hello Marsha,

I agree with your description of this forum. But no description of this forum
will
help identify the MOQ's environment unless of course this forum is that
environment.

One problem I have with the MOQ is that it does not exist in any clear, concise
form. I can't go to any library or book store to obtain anything I can point
to and
say truthfully that the Metaphysics of Quality is delineated here. So from this
point of view the MOQ is imune from control because it doesn't exist as an
object
that can be controlled. Robert Pirsig came up with the concept be he chose not
to delineate it in any recognizable, objective form.

And yet this forum continues to ruminate about the MOQ; what it says and what it
doesn't say. People point to Pirsig's two books, what Anthony McWatt has
published and other papers authored by Pirsig and other advocates of the MOQ.
But there is still no consensus on what is the definitive Metaphysics of
Quality.

Sincerely and honestly from my character and energy,

Kevin
