Hello Marsha, I agree with your description of this forum. But no description of this forum will help identify the MOQ's environment unless of course this forum is that environment. One problem I have with the MOQ is that it does not exist in any clear, concise form. I can't go to any library or book store to obtain anything I can point to and say truthfully that the Metaphysics of Quality is delineated here. So from this point of view the MOQ is imune from control because it doesn't exist as an object that can be controlled. Robert Pirsig came up with the concept be he chose not to delineate it in any recognizable, objective form. And yet this forum continues to ruminate about the MOQ; what it says and what it doesn't say. People point to Pirsig's two books, what Anthony McWatt has published and other papers authored by Pirsig and other advocates of the MOQ. But there is still no consensus on what is the definitive Metaphysics of Quality. Sincerely and honestly from my character and energy,
