Yes, I like to join DQ with 'can't be defined'.
I say this to remove any ulimate static answer
latching upon DQ. You can define DQ, but to hold onto
the concept (thus definition) of DQ is to lose DQ. To
define is a static pattern. Dq is the question of
'What is quality?', and Sq is the answer, but the
question remains with still more answers, etc...
