material, agreed with government arguments that the departments 
didn't have to turn over the papers for reasons including protecting 
the confidentiality of how the United States gets it intelligence information."

Protecting the Administrations (Conservative) source of intelligence 
information when it was gotten illegally and without 
oversight.  Where is the sense that the individual can feel his/her 
liberty is being protected?
