I haven't tried these yet as I've just read the books, but you might be interested in Debbie Diller's book about small groups (which has some good and some not-so-good content, I think, but might be helpful to you in this case) because she is certainly organized. And have you read The Daily Five? The Boushey sisters are very organized and have some appeal.
