How about a tool rather than a website? One of our schools has purchased the new Fountas and Pinnell calcualators avaialable from Heinneman allow teacher to easily calculate WPM as long as they KNOW the number of words in the passage. I think this, in combination with reasonable conversations about other equally--if not more important--conversations about fluency (phrasing, expression, accuary)--has the power to really bring fluency into natural discussion in classrooms.
