Resolving bugs as DUPLICATE...
I think when we give out editbug we already has enough confidence that you know how to resolve bugs as dupes ;-)
Surely the point is that you *can't* resolve bugs as dupes without editbugs?
Always remember to check the "Reassign to default owner and QA Contact" radio-button under the comment textbox.
Not "always" though
Always is a pretty good approximation. If you don't need to do this, you probably know the rule doesn't apply. On the other hand, it's not very obvious that you do need to do this without being told.
