mozilla.org does not claim that it is. As Simon said, use Netscape
newsgroups for bashing Netscape, please :-)

As I have said on this subject before, go away and inhale the specs for
HTML4, CSS 1 and 2, the DOM, XML, RDF, IMAP, POP3, FTP, HTTP, etc. etc.
When you've done that, go away and study the millions of broken web pages
that people will expect Netscape 6 to get right. Then come back and
re-express that disbelief :-)
