I guess this whole section of the thread really demonstrates the primary
division of thinking. Many of the regular participants and contributors
appear to see the end users as a pain, and they are trying to find a way
to divert their comments and complaints. As long as users are viewed as
a pain in the ass that need to be shuffled along, Mozilla will be viewed
in kind by the rest of the world that is supposed to use it.
