Hence my comment in n.p.m.announce about polite mails to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
on this matter.

I think we should definitely move towards this sort of thing. We need
_source_ milestones, but we don't necessarily need to make a big song and
dance about releasing the binaries which match them.
