The patches I didn't include were mostly cosmetic (adjusting the spacing).
I know in the routines I've written I wouldn't want someone
changing the spacing, so I figure others feel the same way.
Also changes to mpglib should only be done when absolutly necessary,
since they will just be lost when the mpg123 people come out with
a new mpglib and we upgrade.
