Hi Kimmo,

I've since recieved *two* more patches removing all the c++ comments,
so I finally gave in.  LAME 3.52+ will no longer use C++ comments :-)

Let me know if you get a responce from mpg123.  They haven't responded
to my email, and I haven't seen a new version in over 6 months.
