Thank you, Jordan. While I've always been in support of our City Council passing an anti-war resolution, it did not occur to me that our ELECTED officials indeed have a responsibility to formally voice their opposition to a war that is being planned and executed by a President and Vice President who WERE NOT ELECTED. Continuing and escalating our violence against Iraq will only make our cities, Minneapolis included, more vulnerable to terrorism. Furthermore, Jordan's remarks about R.T. Rybak are sound.
